How to file a complaint

Any member of the Técnico community, including all professionals, students, researchers, and faculty, has the right to submit reports, complaints, statements, or petitions to the Ombudsmen regarding labor issues or issues related to teaching that undermine this activity, in accordance with the Carta de Direitos e Garantias  and Código de Conduta e Boas Práticasof the University of Lisbon.

These individuals have the right and responsibility to report discriminatory, offensive, or abusive situations that occur within the scope of their roles and activities.

They can turn to the Ombudsmen for mediation and resolution of these issues, as the Ombudsmen are responsible for ensuring compliance with the rights and principles established in the aforementioned documents.

Contact with the Ombudsmen is preferably done via email, although other forms of contact are not excluded. The communication can be directed to the Education Ombudsman, the Professionals Ombudsman, or both, depending on the nature of the issues:

Provedoria.Ensino@tecnico.ulisboa.pt

  • A formal written complaint

After the request for a meeting:

  • Formal written complaint

After the formal written complaint:
