Técnico Values Ambassadors
The Values Ambassadors Program was created by the Ombudsperson’s Office in March 2025, with the aim of strengthening the experience and internalization of Técnico’s Values, promoting their active dissemination throughout the academic community.
What does it mean to be a Values Ambassador, and what is their role?
Being a Values Ambassador means being part of a diverse network of representatives from across the academic community – students, faculty, researchers, and technical and administrative staff – working in different areas of Técnico.
Their main role is to promote and support the internalization of Técnico’s Values, helping to translate these principles into concrete daily actions. By fostering this culture, the Ambassadors contribute to a more inclusive, collaborative, and inspiring environment, strengthening the institution’s identity and improving everyone’s experience at Técnico.
What is expected of the Values Ambassadors?
The Values Ambassadors of Técnico are expected to act proactively and with commitment, integrating the reflection and dissemination of the institution’s Values into initiatives and strategic moments within their area of work.
